An overview of the plastics that can be processed by thermoforming:
We process thermoplastics as semi-finished products and films in thicknesses of 0.5 – 12 mm, which can be coloured, transparent or pre-marked (grain). Semi-finished products can be made of a single material or by coextrusion of several layers. For example, a basic material such as ABS can be finished with a high-quality PMMA top layer. Such combinations make it possible to achieve high-gloss and scratch-resistant surfaces with excellent weather resistance.
