An overview of the plastics that can be processed by thermoforming:
We process thermoplastics as thick sheets (semi-finished products) and foils in thicknesses of 0.5-12 mm, which can be coloured, transparent or pre-stamped. Semi-finished products can be made of a single material or by coextrusion of several layers. For example, a cheaper material such as ABS can be refined with a PMMA top layer. Such combinations make it possible to achieve high-gloss and scratch-resistant surfaces with excellent weather resistance.
Top equipment for thermoforming and post-processing
We use 6 high-performance thermoforming machines with a maximum production size of 1,900 x 900 x 600 mm for high-quality and efficient manufacturing of your plastic products. On this basis, we can make products of almost any size and shape – from small food distribution systems to large-scale transport solutions and equipment panels. In addition, we use two 5-axis milling centres for high-quality finishing of vacuum formed parts.
